WOMB HARA MASSAGe
A profoundly enriching ritual that combines sacred bodywork, breathwork, and ceremony to reconnect the Heart-Womb Connection and enhance overall well-being. This devoted bodywork provides deep nourishment, addressing both the subtle energetic aspects and the physical embodiment of the self.
The womb serves as the dynamic hub of creative life force and feminine energy within the body. It's the place where we can give birth to a multitude of our extraordinary potentials, whether that involves bringing children into the world, nurturing creative projects, or manifesting our innovative ideas and aspirations.
Our Hara, on the other hand, encompasses the organs located in the abdominal region, and it acts as the source of life's breath, regulating the body's energy and blood circulation. Similar to the womb, the Hara also serves as a spiritual gateway and is associated with the energy centers of the solar plexus and sacral chakra.
Womb and Hara Massage is designed to mend, restore, and bring balance to these centers, reawakening our life force energy and unlocking our creative potential in all its various forms.
